What services do you offer?

Do you only build with WordPress?

Yes, exclusively — see WordPress Website for why we consider it the right platform when built properly.

Why don’t you use Elementor, Divi or WPBakery?

Those page builders generate significantly more code than necessary, which slows down loading times. We use GeneratePress and GenerateBlocks instead, which give the same design flexibility without the performance cost.

Do you build websites for specific industries?

What is the best website design option in Mauritius for a small business?

For most small businesses, a standard Website Design package covers what’s needed — a homepage, service pages, and clear contact information, without unnecessary extras.

Is there such a thing as free website design in Mauritius?

Free website builders exist (Wix, Google Sites, etc.), but they come with limitations on speed, ownership and customisation. A professionally built site is a paid service, though packages exist for every budget — see Pricing.

How do I know which agency is actually the best fit, not just the « top 10 » listed somewhere?

Ask to see real load-time results, not just design portfolios. Speed and structure matter as much as visual design — request a PageSpeed test of any example site before deciding.

Do you design the website or also write the content?

We can work with content you provide, or help structure and edit it. Full copywriting from scratch is scoped separately depending on the project.

Can you also handle SEO beyond the website build?

Basic on-page SEO is included in every build (titles, meta descriptions, heading structure). Ongoing SEO campaigns are a separate service, discussed on request.

Do you design logos or branding too?

Our focus is website design and development. If you need branding work, let us know during the quote process and we can advise.

Is hosting included in the website price?

Hosting is typically billed separately as part of an ongoing maintenance plan, not bundled into the one-time build cost.

Do you charge for the initial quote?

No, quotes are free and non-binding.

Can I pay in instalments?

Payment terms are confirmed individually per project — ask during your quote.

Why do prices vary so much between web agencies in Mauritius?

Cheaper providers often use templates and heavy builders that cut development time but slow the site down long-term. Pricing usually reflects the technical approach, not just design time.

Do you offer a cheaper « starter » website?

Yes, a Landing Page or a small Website Design package can serve as an affordable starting point.

Is there a difference in price between a redesign and a new build?

Redesigns are typically priced similarly to an equivalent new build, since most of the work is in reconstructing the technical foundation.

Do you offer discounts for non-profits or start-ups?

A standard business website typically takes 2 to 4 weeks from discovery to launch. Ecommerce and custom builds can take longer.

Can I request changes during the build?

How many revisions are included?

Reasonable revisions during the agreed project stages are included; scope changes beyond the original brief are quoted separately.

Can you work with a tight deadline?

Sometimes — let us know your timeline during the quote request and we’ll confirm if it’s realistic.

Do I need to provide the text and photos myself?

Ideally yes, though we can help structure and edit what you provide, or advise if you need content created.

What happens if I don’t respond quickly during the project?

Do you build the site live or in a private staging area first?

Development happens in a private staging environment; the site goes live only once reviewed and approved.

Can I see progress during the build?

Do you register domain names?
